Jolene Campbell lost the final to Russia's Liudmilla Privivkova. Chantelle Eberle was the other Saskatchewan team to make it to the playoffs, but lost to Campbell in the first round of playoffs. Other Saskatchewan notables making it to the tie-breakers were Deanna Doig, Michelle Englot, Amber Holland, Nancy Martin, Sherrilee Orsted, Trish Paulsen, and Robyn Silvernagle.

- The deadline for teams to register for CTRS points is October 31, 2011. Go to http://teams.curlingzone.com/index.php?task=Register to register. CTRS is free, is used to seed events, and to keep track of the points for the provincial points race. To verify that your team is registered, go to http://www.curling.ca/ctrs-trials/2011-2012-ctrs-standings-women/ to view this year's complete list of teams.
- To vie for the CTRS and SWCT provincial spot, all participants must be affiliated members of the SCA. Team rosters must be declared on a SCA Playdown Registration Form. Competition Fee including the CCA fee must be paid to the Region Director, or the SCA Office by, November 1, 2011. Points accumulated prior to November 1, 2011 will count only if fees and forms are submitted to the Region Director or the SCA office by November 1, 2011. If registrations are received after November 1, 2011 only points obtained from the date of receipt of registration will be eligible.
- Entry deadline for Junior Women's Q-Spiels are 6:00 PM, the Monday prior to the start of the bonspiel. (as per the SCA website)
- Please refer to SCA website for the entry deadline for the Senior Women's Q-Spiels.
- Junior Women's Open North/South playdown deadline is 12:00 PM, Tuesday, November 15, 2011 (as per the SCA website).
- The entry deadline for the Women's Open North/South is 12:00 PM, Tuesday, December 13, 2011 (as per the SCA website).
- The entry deadline for the Women's Natural Ice Provincials is 12:00 PM, January 3, 2012 (as per the SCA website).
- The entry deadline for the Master Women's Provincials is 12:00 PM, Tuesday, January 24, 2012 (as per the SCA website).
- The entry deadline for the Juvenile zone playdowns is 12:00 PM, Tuesday, February 28, 2012 (as per the SCA website).

Name - Nancy Martin
1. Current Residence - Saskatoon
2. Hometown - All over Saskatchewan, moved every 3-5 years growing up
3. Current curling club - Nutana Curling Club - Saskatoon
4. Occupation - I would give you the title, but it won't mean much to anyone. I work for the Correctional Service of Canada, doing various things with the database of offenders.
5. Family (mom, dad, siblings, significant other, children, grandchildren, pets) -  I have three children ages 16, 14, and 10. We also have two small dogs. We have 12 nieces and nephews and love to get together with the family.
6. Event/organizations you are volunteering for this year - SCT and SWCT in Saskatoon at Nutana Curling Club
7. What is your favourite part about volunteering? Meeting others who love curling.
8. Why should people go and watch or participate in the Saskatoon SWCT? This event will host both men and women and is sure to be a blast with some excellent curling!
9. What is your most memorable curling moment? Stepping onto the ice at Women's Provincials this past year!
10. Who is your favourite curler and why? Jonathan Mead because he is always so entertaining for the crowd and I remember seeing him at the first Brier I attended in Edmonton, many years ago, he was just so positive!

6. Event/organizations you are volunteering for this year - I am part of the SWCT committee and have been designated one of the contacts for Rocktoberfest. I also sit on the organizing committee of the Regina Ladies Bonspiel, as well as the SCA Competition Committee.
7. What is your favourite part about volunteering? I am an organizer and love to be able to see things run as smoothly as possible as well be an enjoyable experience for the participants involved.
8. Why should people go and watch or participate in Rocktoberfest? People should come on out to watch the annual Rocktoberfest event held at the Callie Curling Club as this bonspiel offers some of Saskatchewan's top women's competitive teams, as well as a great venue for the up and coming junior curlers to showcase their talents.
9. What is your most memorable curling moment? My most memorable curling moments would be Canada's huge success at the Olympic level. There is nothing quite like the feeling you get when you see your flag up on the podium at the Olympics and you realize that you are a part of one .
10. Who is your favourite curler and why? Jill Officer is one of my most favorite curlers, as she is one of the greatest women's power sweepers of all time!

6. Event/organizations you are volunteering for this year - Schmirler Curling Classic and President of the Sundown Optimist Club.
7. What is your favourite part about volunteering? Just knowing that I am helping out.
8. Why should people go and watch or participate in Schmirler Curling Classic event? First of all, if we do not have fans and volunteers these curling events will not take place. In order for our teams to be competitive we have to provide them with the opportunity to succeed. As a volunteer for the Schmirler Curling Classic, I feel we provide our teams with world class competition and we also provide our younger teams with the experience to succeed at the next level of competition. As a fan you probably do not see much better curling all year as you do at this event.
9. What is your most memorable curling moment? Winning The Weyburn Classic in 1985.
10. Who is your favourite curler and why? John Grundy, because he is a friend, has participated in 2 briers and 1 National Seniors and numerous southerns and Provincials.
