Junior Women's Curling Provincials

Saskatoon's Kristen Streifel beat Brooklyn Lemon in the final to claim the 2012 Junior Women's Provincial Title. Streifel beat Alexandra Williamson in the Semi-Final and Ashely Skjerdal in the Quarter Final. Other teams that competed were Ashley Lang, Alison Ingram, Shelby Silzer, Justine Hutton, Malysha Johnstone, Katherine Michaluk, Lorraine Schneider, and Kourtney Fesser.

6. Event/organizations you are volunteering for this year - volunteering in golf events,Moose Jaw Field House and provincial junior curling.

7. What is your favourite part about volunteering?Seeing people smile!

8. Why should people go and watch or participate in the Junior Women's Provincial event?To get involved in the communtiy and to meet new people

9. What is your most memorable curling moment? Ha Ha the cocktails afterwards!!!!

10. Who is your favourite curler and why? Sam Richardson--he is a curling dynasty right!!! PLAY IT AGAIN SAM!!!

JANUARY 24, 2012: The entry deadline for the Master Women's Provincials is 12:00 PM, Tuesday, January 24, 2012 (as per the SCA website).
FEBRUARY 28, 2012: The entry deadline for the Juvenile zone playdowns is 12:00 PM, Tuesday, February 28, 2012 (as per the SCA website).
MARCH 11, 2012: For the Dominion Women's Playdowns you will need to contact your local region director with regards to the entry deadline. All regions are to be determined by March 11, 2012 (as per SCA website).
